A non-profit online radio station called Devonstream provides a platform for a diverse range of new and established voices across the county of Devon. It's on a mission to amplify these voices, and give them the exposure they deserve.

Many artists and organisations have taken the opportunity to find new ways to connect with audiences through the Covid-19 pandemic, with audio exploding in popularity. Devonstream was conceived as a place where the county’s burgeoning pockets of audio activity could come together and build their audiences together.

More tickets have just been released for top name concerts at A Celebration of Sidmouth Folk Festival – a whole week of music and merriment that will swing into action from July 30 to August 6 in the East Devon seaside town.

Calling all music lovers The FORCE Cancer Charity Shop in Heavitree is having a CD fayre on Sunday May 9. Organisers of The Sidmouth Folk Festival have revealed the first details of a week-long event that will bring an exciting blend of music, dance and family entertainment back to the Devon seaside town this summer.

Having postponed their annual concert in Exeter Cathedral last July due to Covid, the Amadeus Orchestra is delighted to announce that it will now take place in July 2021.

Principal conductor Philip Mackenzie says: “As an orchestra, we have been silent since February 2020 when we performed in the House of Commons and we are very excited by the prospect of performing once again. It is very fitting that our first post-Covid concert will be held in Exeter Cathedral as this is the city where the orchestra was founded in 1990.”
