Browne Jacobson’s real estate lawyers win top legal award at Exeter Property Awards 2023
Browne Jacobson’s commitment to its clients across the vibrant and dynamic real estate and construction sector in the South-West has been recognised at The Exeter Property Awards after the firm were announced winners of the Legal category on Friday (20 October).
The prestigious awards took place at the Sandy Park Conference Centre in Exeter and celebrate the achievements of the advisers and businesses operating across the region’s real estate space.
The independent judging panel was made up of leading figures from the Exeter business community, including Thomas Jupp, Site Manager of the Vista Group, Caroline Shortt, Founding Director of BARC Architects, James Miles, Director of The Mortgage Quarter and Entrepreneur, Jabo Butera who is Managing Director of DBI and Zach Maiden who is Head of Exeter office at Vickery Holman.
This latest win highlights Browne Jacobson’s depth and breadth of specialist legal expertise across the full life cycle of the real estate-built environment. Highlight transactions for the Exeter team include:
- acting for a high street bank on a hotel operator’s multi-million-pound refinance of their portfolio of hotels in Devon;
- advising a provider of retirement accommodation in relation to a new scheme based near Exeter.
